Reseller Hosting SLA Uptime Guarantee

The uptime guarantee will take effect on 1st January 2006 in which you can claim credit within 7 days after the month ended. To claim credit for January 2006 you would have to claim between 1st February 2006 - 7th February 2006 by submitting an email to our reseller hosting department.

The guarantee will apply on server response to ping and will be monitored by Hyperspin as the source to verify all guarantees. The Hyperspin report will be given to Reseller Hosting customers upon sign up.

Restrictions of this guarantee will include any scheduled maintanence and circumstances beyond our control which include but not limited to war, terrorism, labor disputes, natural disasters. We will not be responsible for any scripts, dns issues related to your website that may cause errors and/or downtime.

All servers including will have a 99.9% uptime guarantee with credit based on the following schedule:

99.9% - 100% = 0% credit
99.5% - 99.8% = 10% credit
99.0% - 99.4% = 50% credit
98.9% - below = 100% credit

Credits may be used for the month following the month the credit was issued. In other words credit claimed for January can be used during March.

Please note that the credits are not refundable or redeemable in cash.
